ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS OF SALE
Before completing any purchase, you will be explicitly required to confirm your acceptance of the Conditions of Sale. These conditions may be updated periodically; the version in effect will always be available on our website and will govern each transaction. Any change made after the confirmation of an order shall not affect such order, except when required by applicable law.
REQUIREMENTS TO PURCHASE
Only individuals who meet the following requirements may place orders through our website:
- Have reached the legal age of majority required to enter into contracts (21 years in the United Arab Emirates).
- Possess full legal capacity to formalize valid agreements.
- Provide a shipping address located in the countries where Maison Aurealore delivers.
If these conditions are not met, a parent, guardian, or legal representative must place the order on your behalf, thereby accepting these Conditions of Sale in your name.
You declare and warrant that the funds used in the transaction originate from lawful and legitimate sources, such as personal income, savings, professional activities, dividends, or gifts, and that neither you nor the beneficiaries of the transaction are listed on national or international sanctions lists. In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, we may request additional documentation verifying the source of funds as well as personal identification information. Any refusal or misrepresentation may result in the cancellation of the transaction and termination of the commercial relationship.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
The purchase process on our website comprises the following stages:
- Product selection and cart addition: You may add the products of your choice to your shopping cart. Inclusion in the cart does not guarantee reservation or availability.
- Checkout process: Once ready, you may proceed to checkout either as a guest or through a registered account. During this process, you will have the opportunity to review and modify selected items.
- Shipping and billing details: You must carefully provide and verify your personal information, shipping address, billing address, and chosen payment method.
Order confirmation: At the end of the process, you must formally accept the terms and confirm your purchase.
CONFIRMATION
After receiving your order, we will send you a confirmation email including a reference number for future inquiries. This acknowledgment does not constitute final acceptance, as internal security, fraud prevention, and compliance checks will be performed. The order shall be considered formally accepted once you receive the Shipping Confirmation.
INVOICE ISSUANCE
Each purchase will be supported by the issuance of an invoice, which will be sent in digital format (PDF) to the email address provided by you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maison Aurealore is committed to providing high-quality products and attentive service. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the products purchased.
Regarding individual sensitivities or reactions, each person may respond differently to the materials used in jewelry. Maison Aurealore may provide, upon request, detailed information regarding the composition of each piece, allowing customers to verify compatibility prior to purchase or use.
Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural phenomena, logistical disruptions, technical failures, labor disputes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Aurealore, together with our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, as well as Shopify and its affiliates, shall in no case be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and whether related to your use of any of the services or products procured through the services. It also applies to any other claim connected in any way to your use of the services or any product, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the services or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
