RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a period of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to return purchased products, provided that they are in optimal condition, unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via email at info@maisonaurealore.com or via WhatsApp at the number provided on our website. Return costs shall be borne by the customer, except where the product is defective or the order contains errors attributable to Maison Aurealore.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
EXCEPTIONS
Returns will not be accepted for customized items or for products that are damaged, sale or clearance or pieces that have been used.
